Staco is the leading international player in the grating market, based in charming Temse (Belgium). At Staco, we combine innovation with craftsmanship when creating our extensive range of construction panels, stair treads and gratings, and look for people who want to contribute to our success with the same passion.

As a dynamic and growing company, we are constantly looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team. For example, we are currently looking for a driven Sales Support to join our sales team.

Will you become our new colleague?

What will you do?

As Sales Support, you are the indispensable link between our sales and production teams. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and provide support in various areas:

  • Creation of prospects and customers and management of customer files
  • Applying for credit insurance
  • Processing orders
  • Main contact between production and sales
  • Follow-up of logistics and transport
  • Invoicing
  • Follow-up of payments
  • Answering customer questions by phone and e-mail

Who are we looking for?

You are an administrative jack-of-all-trades with a commercial mindset. What we consider important:

  • You have a bachelor's degree or already several years of relevant experience
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English
  • You have experience in a commercial environment
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask
  • You can familiarise yourself with an ERP package such as Dynamics AX
  • You are customer-oriented with good communication skills
  • You have the necessary powers of persuasion towards the customers
  • You are a real team player
